Margo is currently leading major international campaigns and high-profile brand collaborations at adidas, overseeing all aspects from strategy to execution, with her expertise spanning across project management, creative campaigns, social media, digital, retail, PR and influencers. She has travelled the world to work on some of the brand’s most compelling stories and campaign launches with top-tier athletes and partners.

Margo has collaborated with some of the world’s most impactful premium brands, including adidas, Allbirds, Burberry, Farfetch, Marimekko and Uniqlo — driving meaningful storytelling and cultural relevance with some of the world’s top talent. With a global career across Europe, Asia, and Australia, and a background in both agency and in-house roles, she brings an elevated and collaborative approach to brand building. Known for her ability to craft campaigns that resonate culturally, her work has been featured in publications such as Vogue, Business of Fashion, Elle, and Harper’s Bazaar.

Margo has an international network and has lived, worked and studied across Australia, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Japan, and the United Kingdom. She has also consulted as an Industry Advisor for The London College of Fashion Master’s in Fashion Marketing & Sustainability program and a Global Shaper for the World Economic Forum.

Margo graduated with a Bachelor of Business Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. She completed two exchanges at Copenhagen Business School in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Aalto University in Helsinki, Finland. Additionally, she also completed an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Bootcamp that earned her a Certificate in New Ventures Leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

In her spare time, Margo is passionate about Scandinavian design, sustainability, and travel.
